The Dunkleys Show

Hi everyone,
Sorry to keep you waiting for these pics.  I took them at the Dunkleys show of course, but have been flat out since then preparing for a number of upcoming events on my schedule.  Least of all was the 90 kits that Mandy and I have prepared for our team Extravaganza this coming Saturday, November 6th.  Phew I'm glad they're done now so I can look forward to the event itself.  It's going to be a fantastic afternoon!

Thanks to everyone who came to the show and visited our little stand.  It's the smallest stand we've ever had at a show, but I hope we made it work for you!  Next time I think we'll see if we can get a slightly bigger stand, and have somewhere to sit and craft so we can show you a few tips to help you with your own papercrafting.

Congratulations to Ann C who won our prize basket on the day.  I hope you've been having fun with your new goodies Ann!

If you haven't booked into the Extravaganza event and you're interested in attending, do let me know as we still have some spaces left - so hurry and let me know!  For more information you can contact me by e-mail, click here and I will email you the details.

OK so here are the fabulous Karen and Vicky-Lee at the show.  It was the first time Vicky-Lee had worked with Karen and I at a show and she was a little camera shy!

Check out my ribbon displays.  Aren't they just the prettiest collection of ribbons you ever saw?  That's not all of our ribbons either...  If you'd like to see the rest, and see them all in real life, come along to our Extravaganza as I'll have them on show there!

And finally here's a shot of some of the goodies we had for sale at the show.  We had a tonne of brand new stamp sets for sale (all retired ones - all mine - I got a little carried away with my own shopping in the last catalogue or two!) and some Christmas things we'd made.  Those snowmen bookmarks that Vicky-Lee made were a huge hit and were snapped up really quick by visitors to the show!  I love making stuff like that - I will have to do something like that for my upcoming classes.  Want to join me?

Come back soon (and I mean that - I'm setting the post up next!) as I've got some yummy stuff to show you that I've been doing since the show.  I do mean yummy as in the edible kind, as well!

Dressing up for Christmas Ribbon Offer

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the long break in blogging (again).  I hope you haven't missed me too much!  I have been busy preparing for the Dunkleys Craft Show which is on in Auckland this weekend.  We had a fun day at our little stand today - a big Hi to all the lovely ladies who came to have a look at what we had to offer, it was so nice to chat with you all today!  I will be in touch with some of you soon who were interested in receiving more details of our upcoming Christmas Extravaganza - it's going to be such a fun afternoon!  I can't wait to show you the project I've designed for the day - but until after the event, my lips are sealed...

If you weren't at the show but you're interested in attending the Extravaganza (or any of my events/classes for that matter), feel free to email me for more details.  I love to introduce crafters to our events for the first time - the delight on everyone's faces when they see the projects makes the many hours of prep work worthwhile!

In the meantime, I thought I'd let you know about the new ribbon promotion that Stampin' Up! is offering between now and the end of November.  Us Demonstrators only found out about this one yesterday, so we are all just as excited as everyone else!  I'm not sure what I'm more excited about - new ribbons I haven't had before, or the Christmas Cocoa DSP which I can't wait to lay my hands on!

If you ever want to know what promotions are on at any time, just visit the promotions page of my official Stampin' Up! website (click here).  But so you can see it right away, here are the details of this latest offer. Just click on the pics to enlarge them if you want to see the finer details.  Mmmm, I just love the colours!  I'll be after that new DSP, too!

Do let me know if you'd like to take advantage of this offer as the ribbons are only available while stocks last!

Back soon with pics from our Dunkleys stand if I can get some good ones tomorrow!
